Bordering Etosha National Park, Namibia

On the Border of Etosha National Park
Maramopane shares a direct border with Etosha National Park—one of Africa's last great wilderness areas. This is not simply adjacent land. This is a gateway, a threshold between the protected and the possible.
We are one of very few private properties in the region that can offer what Maramopane offers: 15,000 hectares of conservation land with direct Etosha frontage, positioned for those who understand that the greatest investments are measured in generations, not quarters.
The Vision
Maramopane is not a lodge. It is not a resort. It is a conservation platform and private residence club positioned at the edge of one of Africa's last great wilderness areas.
Here, the land awaits a different kind of steward. One who sees beyond the immediate, who values restraint over spectacle, and who understands that true luxury is found in space, silence, and permanence.
This is an invitation to participate in something rare: the creation of a legacy asset that will outlast us all.
The Land
Farm MARA forms the heart of the Maramopane project—a vast expanse of African savanna that shares its boundary directly with Etosha National Park.
Combined with surrounding conservation areas, the total landscape exceeds 15,000 hectares of protected wilderness. This is not development land. It is a sanctuary—and a gateway to Etosha itself.
The property includes existing infrastructure, established water points, and a management framework designed for long-term conservation outcomes.
Beyond Investment
Maramopane is built on the belief that conservation and community must advance together. Our social plan integrates indigenous partnership, ecological stewardship, and regional outreach.
The Hai||om San people are the original custodians of this land. Our development model includes meaningful partnership with the local Hai||om community—creating employment pathways, supporting cultural preservation, and ensuring that the benefits of Maramopane flow to those who have called this region home for thousands of years.
Every decision at Maramopane is filtered through a conservation lens. Our wildlife management protocols, anti-poaching support, and habitat restoration programs are designed to enhance the ecological integrity of the greater Etosha ecosystem. We measure success not in occupancy rates, but in species diversity and ecosystem health.
As direct neighbours to Etosha National Park, we have both opportunity and responsibility. Our Etosha Outreach program supports park conservation initiatives, funds educational programs for surrounding communities, and contributes to regional wildlife corridors. When Etosha thrives, Maramopane thrives—and vice versa.
"We do not inherit the land from our ancestors; we borrow it from our children. Our social plan ensures that what we build today creates value for generations to come—for the land, for the wildlife, and for the people who call this region home."
The Residences
Each residence is conceived as an extension of the land itself—architecture that breathes with the environment rather than imposing upon it.
